JAL-842, AppVarnaBinding was filled with a minimalistic method to
start a VARNA JFrame like in VARNAGUI, it is called over AppVarna in
the PopupMenu just like Jmol.
TODOs: Check if a sequence/alignments is a RNA; clean the VARNA class
structure; really include the VARNA frame into jalview-desktop
