JAL-3032 JTable work; JSUtil.jQuery object; drag-drop;
reflect.Constructor; adds core:"NONE" to {project}/template.html

fixes drag-drop for first call in Firefox/win
fixes java.lang.reflect.Constructor for Integer

Remove the core:"NONE" if you do not want to see all the core files
separately.
