  10     Creates a new view from the current alignment view. </em></li>\r

  12     Display each view associated with the alignment in its own alignment window, \r
  13     allowing several views to be displayed simultaneously. </em></li>\r
  14   <li><strong>Gather Views (G)</strong><em><br>\r
  15     Each view associated with the alignment will be displayed within its own tab \r
  16     on the current alignment window. </em></li>\r

  18     All hidden Columns / Sequences will be revealed. </em></li>\r
  19   <li><strong>Hide&#8594;(all Columns / Sequences)</strong><em><br>\r
  20     Hides the all the currently selected Columns / Sequences</em></li>\r

  22     </strong><em>If this is selected the &quot;Annotation Panel&quot; will be \r
  23     displayed below the alignment. The default setting is to display the conservation \r
  24     calculation, quality calculation and consensus values as bar charts. </em></li>\r
  25   <li><strong>Show Sequence Features</strong><br>\r
  26     <em>Show or hide sequence features on this alignment.</em></li>\r
  27   <li><strong><a href="../features/featuresettings.html">Seqence Feature Settings...</a></strong><em><br>\r
  28     Opens the Sequence Feature Settings dialog box to control the colour and display \r
  29     of sequence features on the alignment, and configure and retrieve features \r

  31   <li><strong>Alignment Properties<br>\r
  32     </strong><em>Displays simple properties of current alignment view with additional \r
  33     global alignment properties</em></li>\r
