  30     Selecting the option in the Alignment window's <strong>Edit</strong>
  31     menu or pressing <strong>'CONTROL+D'</strong> brings up a dialog box
  32     asking you to select a threshold. If the percentage identity between
  33     the aligned positions of any two sequences in the visible alignment
  34     exceeds this value, the shorter sequence is discarded.<br> <em>Note:</em>
  35     The redundancy calculation is done when the dialog box is opened.
  36     For large numbers of sequences this can take a long time as all
  37     pairs have to be compared.
