33 You may define any number of new colour schemes, each with a unique
34 name. <br> <br> Each of the residues in a colour scheme
35 may be assigned any chosen colour. <br> Select one or more
36 residues, then select the desired colour.<br /> Use Ctrl-click to
37 select multiple residues, or click then Shift-click to select a
38 block.<br /> Note that the currently selected buttons are
39 highlighted by a lighter text colour.
41 The <strong>Case Sensitive</strong> option allows you to choose
42 distinct colours for upper and lower case residue codes.
44 Click <strong>Apply</strong> or <strong>OK</strong> to set your new
45 colours on the active alignment window.<br /> Click <strong>Cancel</strong>
46 to undo your changes if you pressed the <strong>Apply</strong>
49 If you save your colour scheme with a unique name, the colour scheme
50 name will be added to the
51 <strong>Colour</strong> menu on each new alignment window.
