+Jalview 2.11.2.5 is the fifth patch release in the 2.11.2 series. It includes minor revisions to the colourscheme menu and addresses a bug in the overview window that mean't overlapping features of the same type coloured differently (e.g. distinct chains in a viral polyprotein shaded by chain feature label) were not coloured differently in the overview window. It also includes an updated Pfam alignment retrieval client based on the Interpro web API.
