JAL-3337 Excluding j11modDir from source distribution (has some older version jars converted to mods and none of these files are used in the build -- jars are all in j11libDir and used as libs not mods).

JAL-3337 Updated the j11lib jars (don't need to be converted to modules) that aren't in j8libs. Added licensing information for these jars to THIRDPARTYLIBS.
