It includes minor revisions to the colourscheme menu and addresses a bug in the overview window that mean't overlapping features of the same type coloured differently (e.g. distinct chains in a viral polyprotein shaded by chain feature label) were not coloured differently in the overview window. It also includes an updated Pfam alignment retrieval client based on the Interpro web API.
