  26 <p>Menus are used in 3 places in Jalview - the &quot;Desktop
  27 Menu&quot;, the &quot;Alignment Menu&quot; and the &quot;Popup
  28 Menu&quot;.</p>
  29 <p>The <a href="desktopMenu.html">Desktop Menu</a> is always visible
  30 and is the starting point for loading new alignments.</p>

  32 accessible once an alignment has been opened.</p>
