  25 <p>Menus are used in 3 places in Jalview - the &quot;Desktop
  26 Menu&quot;, the &quot;Alignment Menu&quot; and the &quot;Popup
  27 Menu&quot;.</p>
  28 <p>The <a href="desktopMenu.html">Desktop Menu</a> is always visible
  29 and is the starting point for loading new alignments.</p>
  30 <p>The <a href="alignmentMenu.html">Alignment Window Menus</a> are
  31 accessible once an alignment has been opened.</p>

  33 clicking with the right mouse button in the alignment display area or on
