JAL-3588 DnD fails; JAL-3587 Jalview project file loading fails

SwingJS fixes:

 - DropTarget should access Component.peer directly, not via getPeer()
 - Fast JavaScript Map must switch to slow Java Map when any key is
checked that is not a string literal.
